Most items ordered are usually printed and ready for pickup 48 hours after the order, unless seasons like Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day are upon us. We try hard to keep up with the work volume, and you will be contacted upon ordering if the item will take longer than 48 hours to be ready.

Yes, all mugs and tumblers come with their own box.

We do not offer shipping, and delivery may be available, but only inside of Brantford City Limits.

Though our items are dishwasher friendly, this is the case only with the dishwashers that do not steam at high temperature when complete. Though it is a rare case, high temperature can cause the colour in the mug to start fading, so we recommend hand washing the items.
