Once the design is completed, we send you an approval for the design, this way you can confirm the design you wish is printed onto the mug.

Upon the completion of the design, we will send you a preview, where you get to see how the design will be set out on the mug, and how the design looks. At this time, you can change the design, or just tell us to go ahead and print it.

Each mug, once printed, is packed in a box with care, and even comes with a couple of extras, like tea and coffee.
